Email Invitations is a tool that lets you notify people via email about the conference call you are going to have. It is a useful way to schedule conference calls, provide the dial-in information as well as some notes about the upcoming conference call.

Email Lists give you the ability to save lists of frequent conference participants. For example, if you have a recurring weekly team call, you can enter the email addresses of the participants here, save it as a list and then select this list the next time you want to schedule the call. You can also modify the lists via the Edit and Delete functions




From Conference Controls you can see all the participants who are on the call (either their Skype name or the phone number they are dialing in from). You can MUTE, UNMUTE and place callers ON HOLD via the Drop Down menu next to the participants name. You can also LOCK/UNLOCK the conference and MUTE ALL participants. If you are a PREMIUM subscriber, you can RECORD from this page as well as, during a Question and Answer session, see the participants who have Raised their HAND and select them to speak.




Preferences lets you personalize certain aspects of your conference.
